Hi Experts

Please advice on how the capacity utilization levels can be configured for Work Schedule Rules? Need to configure it at less than 100 % for part time purposes so it defaults accordingly in Infotype 7.

Thanks

Hi

Thanks for replying. However, I still do not see the point where the relation with capacity utilization levels is set in this table. Can you please elaborate? By default on creation Infotype 7 gives employment percentage 100 ..is there a way to configure this based on WSRs?

Thanks again

Hi,
Options are either create WSR with reduced no of hours itself(this will a separate WSR for Part timers) or manually modify when you create IT7 with regular WSR or code in your user exit to modify it based on the conditions. AS per SAP's documentations: Creating the Planned Working Time for Part-Time Employees Use You can use the dynamic daily work schedule function in the Planned Working Time infotype (0007) to reduce a work schedule for full-time employees to the employment percentage of a part-time employee. This means that you do not have to create a separate work schedule rule for each part-time employee. If you have created separate work schedule rules for part-time employees, you should nevertheless select the Dynamic Daily Work Schedule field. This means that you have the information about the part-time schedule available, for statistical purposes, for example. Features · The SAP system reduces the planned working time specified in the work schedule rule to the percentage you entered in the Employment Percentage field. If you have daily work schedules with fixed times, the system takes the start time of the full-time daily work schedule as the start time of the part-time daily work schedule. The end time of the daily work schedule is then brought forward in accordance with the percentage you specify. · The break times defined in the full-time daily work schedule are transferred to the new working time interval for part-time employees. · If required, you can specify the minimum and maximum number of hours to be worked each day, week, month, and year in the relevant fields. These specifications can be processed in Time Evaluation. Good luck

Thanks, Amosha

"Known is a drop & unknown is an OCEAN!"
