Error Installion SAP Netweaver 7.0 JAVA only

Hello to all,

we're currently installing a distributed system based on AS JAVA.

Installation of central service instance and database instance worked fine. Without any error.

But while installing central instance I get the following error in phase "Define Parameter":

FCO-00011  The step initED with step key |NW_Java_CI|ind|ind|ind|ind|0|0|SA_Integrated|ind|ind|ind|ind|17|0|initED was executed with status ERROR .

Any idea what's the error here?
