Unable to save the output type in Billing document

Hi All,

In Billing document when I save the output type z1c , In header->Output, this out type is not appear in after saved document and come back in the billing document, for some billing documents it is giving in Yellow color only

Here what is the problem, where I have to see the problem? And how to rectify the problem

For some billing document those already saved the output type (z1c) , when I gave the print preview it is assaying that u201Cadmitab does not match with archiveu201D

Here what is the problem, please suggest me how to resolve this?
