Link between PR RFQ & PO

In the status tab of PR in transaction code ME53N you can see the all follow on documents.

If u have created RFQ or PO with reference to PR then only you can find the PR refernce in PO and RFQ.

Thanks for your reply, i can see the RFQ & PO number in Item details >> status tab, I would like to complete table linkage and the information where (in which tables its get stored).

I need to run a work flow, when there is a partial closure, i need to send email to RFQ creator and PO creator and also their reporting persons.

Now i hope you understand my requirements.

Hi RS ,

At first enter the purchase requsition in the Table EBAN and find the PO number .

Then enter the same in Table EKKO to get the PO creator name / RFQ creator name.

Hi,

You can find the status of the requisistion in field - STATU of Table - EBAN.

Purchase Order number field -EBELN in EBAN table.

Purchase doc category - VRTYP in table EBAN ( Cat "A" for RFQ)

From EBAN i can find out PO number, but in EKKO, i can see the field for PO creators, but how to fins the RFQ creators name?

Please advice me the Field name of RFQ creatoes in EKKO.

dear frnz..

the thing is that Multiple RFQ and PO can be created on on PR line item.

and the PO no. keeps on updating in the same field.

previous PO no is overwritten by the current PO.

so i dont think it can be used.

PO and RFQ creators are updated in the same field.

as said earlier...

kindly run EKKO table PUR. Doc. category as "A" for RFQ...

you can use View - V_EKKO_EKPO also.

Hi RS ,

If you enter RFQ No , u will find RFQ creators name in the same table EKKO.

Do note that the same table holds good for all purchasing documents ( RFQ, PO , Contract , Shceduling Agreement ).

V_EKKO_EKPO can see in the t code se11, in the database table,enter V_EKKO_EKPO.
