DDIC is lock

Hi

I am doing a fresh installation of ECC 6.0 .During it has throw me with the error sign that DDIC is locked in 000 client we need to unlock with the other user in 000 Client

I have try with SAP* and pass it does not work also .

I have try using the password which i used for installation that also does not work .

OS :windows and Database:oracle .

Can any one help in this issue.
