SIS - Controlling for Quantities from Debits and Credits

Is there a configuration setting in SIS whereby I can control whether quantities are updated in SIS?

I would like the Value of credits and debits to be included, but not the quantities.

Hi Tom,

Are you Updating Standard Info Structure or you have created your own Info Structure.

Changing Standard Info Structure's existing Update Rules is not suggested hence you can create a New Update Group.

In the New Update Group Under the Section Extend Update Rules Go to Formula and then Specify a Formula with the help of Abapper which will Zero rise the Credit and Debit Memo Quantity while Updating in Info Structure.

After this Assign your new Update Group for getting determined based on the combination of below Fields in Transaction OVRP.

Sales Organization

Distribution Channel

Division

Cust.stats.grp

CustGroupMaterial

StatGrpSalesDoc

StatGrpDocumentItm

Update Group
