Schedulers Problem

We have a portal server and we have deployed a couple of schedulers over that. The problem is the fictious behaviour of the schedulers. Sometime it runs some time it does not run. The schedulers have Oracle connection.

We have included the two schedulers JAR files. Does anyone has ever faced this problem in the past. Its really imporant for us, please reply.
