How can i find PR from Sales orders?

As we know,we can relate the Sales order and Purchase order from table EKKN.

But when we haven't creat the purchase order,how can find purchase request order form sales order NO.??

Hi

Very simple to find out go to ME53N in item details click account assignment tab in that you have AccAssCat E and Order field you will find the sales order number.

If you want to see some collective data use ME5A and select Scope of List as ALV and Account Assignment Category as C for sales order.

You can check in standard transaction code ME5A by entering account assignment category C in the selection screen and execute.

you can check in table EBKN.

Hi,

PR will be created while creating sales order depending on the setting in schedule line category .. PR can be found from the schedule line tab of the SO line item..Generally this PR needs to be converted to PO unless there is setting for auto PO.
