Where to download the SFTP Client SoftwareuFF1F

Hi experts

My customer's DB have been checked have problum with the difference between the Audit Report AND G/L Report, I must upload my customer's DB to SAP Support Center,

According to the Note 1302201, It must useing the SFTP Clinet Software to upload DB to SAP Support Center.But I can't find the url for download the SFTP Client Software.

Please tell me, thank you very much

I have already install the WinSCP software, using Simplified Chinese .

By the infomation mentioned in SAP Note 1302201,there must be a SFTP account (username and password).

Where can I get it?

Will SAP Support send the account by email?

When do they send it to me? (Before upload my customer's DB or After?

Without the account I can't create a session for logining in the DB Container of SAP Support Center.

If you are an SAP customer, you may only get the needed information from your partner. It can be through email and it must be before upload this customer's DB.

You need send email to SAP, after that SAP will send to you the tool in order to Upload your data.
