Dear Gurus,

Ply suggest if Inforecord is deleted or price expires PO should not be possible to make

PLY TELL ME HOW THIS CAN BE MADE

Hi

Procurement is not controlled by info record, Info record is updation of procurement .

If you really want to stop creation of purchase order if inforecord is not their , make the info recored field mandetory in field selection for purchase order. ( Pl.make shure to delete info record for this)

This is not controlled by the info record.

You can block a material for purchaing:

- using QM modul (e.g. quality material info record; QI01 / QI02)

- using material master field MARC-MMSTA (plant specific material status; purchasing or MRP1 view; settings can be done in OMS4) or MARA-MSTAE (basic1 view; OMS4)

- using vendor master block (XK05)

- as for info record marked for deletion: you can set message 06718 to error ("E") from warning ("W") in SPRO > MM > Purchasing > Enironment > Define Attributes of System Messages
