Remove stock from SAP

Hi Experts,

There is 0.9 KG quality stock is there in system ,but physcally its not there,they want to remove this stock from SAP.

How it can be done?

If nothing is working make use of this note.48815. This is very helpful note for removing any inconsistency in the stock between MM and QM

Hi,

get it first to unristricted stock through UD or by manually doing 321.

Then adjust the stock through PID.

Hi,

Actually its HU stock & lying in HU storagre location.When i moving stock from HU location to non HU location or quality to unrestricted it shows error (BA-defict of 0.97 KG stock)

This material was QM actived earlier ,but they have deactivated QM from this materiel now.

Inspection lot is there.But its allowing posting there.

Please suggest.

Do stock adjustment with inventory transaction - MI01, MI04 & MI07.

Hi

You want to remove the stock or do stock adjustment

You can do following things

1.Either Transfer that material to Unrestricted by 321 by T code & do 562 Movement by T code MB1C.

2.Do directly 564 Mvt by MB1C ...this will remove Material form QI stock permanently

But remember this will not have any accounting entry the background.
