po print out problem

hi all , in my problem when i see the print preview of the po print out it is showing one page but when i take print out it is coming in two pages.

can anybody help

Hi,

Check the paper size which you are using to take the prints of the PO at the printer.

If not same then make it same at the printer too.

if you are not see 2 pages in print preview then problem is belongs to printer setting. Try to give print in another printer.

Hi,

I guess, u might have get the output of 2 pages in print preview also...check the title in the output, it tells how many pages are there in the output...if u have 2 and if u want to view the 2nd page of ur output just press 'Page Down' it will take u to the 2nd page...

no it is not that it is showing only single page in print preview

in the print preview u need to hit a button on the top to see the second page, u cannot see just by scrolling... the button would be like a page and with arrow pointing downwards.

Try printing in other printer or check the print options in the popup window.
