How to Cancel Manhours, after they have been approved & settled

Hi Everyone,

I would like to Know how to Cancel Times in CATS, after they have been approved, and already settled to cost center and AUC.

First of all, In the Configuration, it has already been set up that, Times cannot be cancelled, after they have been approved.

Now, My manager wants to cancel his times posted way back in march, both in CAT2, and undo the settlements.

Questions, (Without going for config change, to the data entry profile)

1. How to undo the times in CAT2?

2. How to undo settlement to Cost Center, and AUC.?
