Please clarify as to what is posting date & document date in MIGO.

document date is a reference date its not having any financial impact it can be used as a reference date. posting date i sthe date which is affecting FI as this is date when FI document is affecting. so posting date is a critical date which affects, MM period and FI period.

The document date is the date at which the the refrencing document is created.Posting date is which the date of the posting in MIGO.document date defaults from the document of reference and posting date by default will be todays date.But however you can change this date to one back period.
