Process Chain terminate with errors

Hi!

I would like to get the data for the process chain within SAP Solution Manager.

By doing so I get the following errors:

Cannot activate request 0000000010(REQU_1MNJQBGT8KS4IGWAGTT8TF6U8) of DataStore object 0SM_OSERV

Message no. RSM1182

Diagnosis

Request 0000000010(REQU_1MNJQBGT8KS4IGWAGTT8TF6U8) for DataStore object 0SM_OSERV has been loaded with errors.

System Response

The request cannot be activated.

Procedure

Delete the request from the DataStore object or set it manually to green using QM action.

Activation of M records from DataStore object 0SM_OSERV terminated

Message no. RSM1102

When I look into the job log, I see:

Go to datastore object and check in(right click) MANAGE the status of requests loaded to DSO.

You most probably have got a red request for activation.You can click on activation log there as well

the yellow button beside the monitor button.

Hello,

We need to determine the root problem why the activation failed.

I would do following things to find the problem

1) Check in the monitor log by doing a manage on the DSO to see any error message.

2) Investigate the possiblity of having duplicate records in the new data table, this can cause activation to fail

3) Look into SM21 & ST22 to see any specific error message

4) Activate manually, to see if this is a process chain issue.

Please check if there is any Red Inactive request before this present reqest in the DSO manage screen.
