Hi Gurus,

I am a BI consultant, would like to know basic tables and transaction codes in service and customer analyses warranty analyses.

Hi Suresh,

SPRO lists all the customizations with regards to CRM

Using SE93 you can search for all transactions. Search using CRM* in this transactions

As you might be knowing CRM communicated to other systems by means of CRM middleware. You can refer to the below link for CRM Middleware

Hi Suresh,

For functional customization you can go through from SPRO.

Start from service transactions. The main tables w.r.t service orders are CRMD_ORDERADM_H, which has the header information, CRMD_ORDERADM_I contains the item information. The other data is in CRMD_PARTNER, CRMD_ORGMAN, CRMD_TIME_REP etc.....

For maintaining/reading service orders FM's are CRM_ORDER_READ and CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN.

You can find many basic documents and blogs on net to start with.
