custom table updatesion for 0008

Whenever we run any PA40 action or change IT 0008 through PA30 transaction on same date. SAP only stores the most current record, it overwrites the previous record. The business needs to know all the entries done in a single day on Infotype 0008.?

Plz provide technical solution

to ensure that changes to infotype fields are entered (changes, creations, deletions), these fields must be maintained in the following views: HR Documents: Infotypes with Documents (V_T585A), HR Documents: Field Group Definition (V_T585B), and HR Documents: Field Group Characteristics (V_T585C).

To get the data with this report, We need to do configurations in SPRO by specifying the Infotype & Field name.
