Not able to PGI the Delivery

Hi Gurus,

We are not able to do the pGI for Delivery due to error message: Status of inspection lot #.........../ partial lot 000000 does not allow good issue

but when we try to make the UD for the Inspection Lot, there is a message that is thrown : Inspection lot #.......... was not created yet

Message no. QV164

What could be the problem?

Hi,

Please check the material documents of that material in that seding plant.For PGI try to use the stock which is in unrestricted.If unrestricted stock is not available, please check the quality stock and with the docuements/material find the inspection lot ( at table QALS) related to that moment and do the usage decision and rease it to UR stock.(qa11).If there exists no lot for that batch please createa a lot at QA01 and pl do the ud.and try posting the PGI.

Hi,

There is a Lot that was assigned to the Delivery when the Delivery was created. When i Goto QA03 and check if UD was done, the following error message will be shown in the status bar :Inspection lot # ............. was not created yet Message no. QV164.

The worst part is that the delivery cannot be deleted.... The error message: Changes not possible at present because item is in quality inspection.

have you looked with SE16 into table QALS?

is the inspection lot in there?

We have applied SAP Not 308861 to remove the Inspection lot from the Delivery. It has worked. Thank you so much.
