Report on FI documents

Hi,

I want a report in which i can get the all debit and credit accounts and amount with respect to a FI document. I have a list of FI doucument nos for which i want this report. How can i get it?

Hi

If you have the list of document number then can apply a shortcut -- go to SE16 -Table BSEG -- copy paste all your document numbers , year and execute this. you can include /exclude fields as you want .Then download this to spreadsheet using System--List --save --spreadsheet.

Or else use query SQVI/SQ01 and create a report with logical database of FI documents 'BRF' it will also give you the detail report as you want.

use the report document journal or compact document journal.

Please use S_ALR_87012287 report with line item level option .

Hi

There is no direct report ,you can check the reports FBL1N, FBL3N and FBL5N.double click the line items and you will be able to see your reuirement.

If you want a report you need to have a Z report created by your ABAP guy.
