Can i make notfication user interactive

Hi Guys,

I need to notify user about a new plant creation, when the users will recieve the notification they need to perform some job, out of workflow. When they complete the step, they want the notifcication to be interactive so that they can inform the initator stating that steps is completed...

In short i want to notification user interactive.

Hi Mrunal,

I think the 2 notifications are exclusive of each other. The second notification mail is dependent of the activity the user performs outside the workflow. Hence, you can send this notification based on the event triggered when this activity takes place.

You can add a wait for event step in the workflow, or use Action Profiles to so the same.

I think this can be done by the use of events.

You send a mail to some user who is requested for some action. Now the next step is wait for event step that gets triggered only when the particular task is executed by the person. Once the event gets triggered the wait for step event gets executed and a mail is send to the initiator of the completion.

Hi Aghardeep,

My Workflow needs, I will send the notification to different roles, This roles are required to update certain values through tcode(this updation would will be done outside of the workflow). So My requirement is that when i send the notification to the roles, once they complete the steps ...using that notification thy should be able to notify the initiator the steps is completed .....
