Transaction code to convert output into PDF

Hi Friends,

Can anybody please let me know the SAP transaction code to convert the PO output into PDF format?

Hi,

You can use standared programme "RSTXPDFT4" , in this program you have to enter spool request number.After executing this programe system will convert PO in to PDF file at your desktop.

Hi

ZPO_PDF is the transaction code.

You can create this transaction code using transaction SE93 and assigning the program RSTXPDFT4 to it.

You can also set the system default printer (PC - not SAP) to your adope PDF printer and then set your default printer in SAP to LOCL in SU3.

This only works if you can print to the default PC printer from SAP usint LOCL.

Please use standard programme "RSTXPDFT4" , key in spool request number.

Execute - then system will convert PO in to PDF file.
