Scrolling Problem in ISA B2B!!

Hi Gurus,

due to some clien t requiremen ts i have changed welcome page. due to more text we are getting scroll. but when we try to scroll down its not showing all the page. How to overcome this scrolling problem. if we drag by clicking left click of mouse down then we are able to see the text.

plzz suggest..is there any sap note for this.
