create multiple file names

Hi Experts,
I have one new requirement.
there is one flat file which contains multiple records file name is ABCD.txt which is placed in the sourec directory.
One of the description field input value is blank then this record should create another file name of EFGH.txt in the target directory.
if the description input value is available then the same input file name ABCD.txt created in the target directory.
But both the output files will be maintained in the same target directory.

Please give any solution for doing this using SAP PO.
