Windows 7 ODBC connection between MySQL and Crystal Reports 2016

Running Win7 in Parallels VM on MacBookPro High Sierra: MySQL ODBC to Crystal Reports. CR transposing MySQL data source table name of ‘person’ to ‘persons1’. Design accepts fields from field picker, but reports fails on View, because table ‘persons1’ doesn’t exist, which it does not in MySQL database.

This question is not related to SQL Anywhere. It should be tagged as SAP Crystal Reports.

This was a known issue, what version of CR are you using?

What it is doing is Aliasing the table name.
