How to pass strings when downloading file

Hi,

I have a requirement to pass the below mentioned two string at the start of the file when download.

wf_firstline = '$$ADD ID=HTAUSRF1 BID=FKI4990016797'.

wf_secondline = '*03000820000049900167970'.

pls.provide me pointers how can this be done.
