We are working on the PCR's where if the first level manager doesnt approve the workitem in 3 business days then it should be escalated to next level manager.
For this requirment what we had done is i am determining the business days in BO by FM END_TIME_DETERMINE. There the date and time are calculating it properly.
In the workflow i am using a fork step for escalation. In the second branch for the decision task step in the Request start tab i had activated the Deadline monitoring by using the Expression giving the container elements in Date and Time.
During testing of WFs, i changed the time for 3 Minutes and tested, but the workitem is escalating with in 1 minute only. If i keep for 3 Hours, then the worktiem is escalating in 3 - 4 Minutes.
I am not getting why the workitem is escalating with in this time. Pull me out of this siutation with your ideas guys.
