Goods to be returned to store after issue

Hi all,

After goods have been issued from store, I want to know if I can take the goods back? if yes, how do I proceed in SAP?

I also need to take back the goods at

1. value at which it was issued, or

2. lower value than it was issued.

HI

You issue material by movtype 201 for internal use.

If you want to take back all items then just cancel the document.

If you want to take back part of the stock issued then do 202 for same item.

HI...

if you have issued the goods to cost centre you have to post 202 doc.

if against PM order (261) post a 273 doc.

if against WBS -(project) 221.. post 222 doc.

there is reversal possible through MBST also. Cancel the original doc.

i.e is it to external party , is it to production ...?

What movement type did u post in SAP ?

Hello ,

To return bk the goods u can cancel the original material document for issue.

As far as valuation is concerned ... u cannot control it .
