Dynamic Modification Rule

Dear All,

Can it possible to auto change of Dynamic Modification Rules (DMR)? Senario will be as mention below-

If Quality Assurance components found rejected at Good Receipts or Line Rejection stage more than two times; take those components for DMR suspension at Receipt inspection. For all such cases quality status of part to be withdrawn. After monitoring five lots with upgrade quality status restore back original DMR.
