I am facing one issue currently in ERMS (SAP CRM 2007)
We are manually creating a Service Ticket with an incoming email id. When a new email comes in, the Responsible group get displayed in the email. We confirm the BP and click on Service Ticket workcenter to create the Service Ticket. Click on Save and the click exit.
Now when I search for the service ticket, the Responsible Goup is not populated in the Service Ticket but when I go the Service Ticket Screen and click on the Edit button, the responsible Group gets populated.
Due to this issue the agent cannot search for Service Tickets using Responsible Group option, soon after creation of Service Ticket. But the system works fine after we go to the Service Ticket screen and click on Edit button.
Would any one know why the Responsible Group does not get populated while creating the Service Ticket.
