SetAttributesReplicated - not working properly

Hello,

I am trying to disable few attributes from sub-repliaction. Problem is, that SetAttributesReplicated functions does not work for all attributes. I need to disable ExtendedAttributes property and it is not working. For Domain, Complete and DataType is working fine.

Does anybody have idea why it is not working? Can that be that attribute has different name? But which one?
