In PA, there are infotypes called: Leave Entitlement and Absense Quota. I would like to know the difference of them.
For example, if an employee entitled 30 days annual leave. I can use Leave Entitlement, define a leave type 'Annual Leave' and assign 30 days. Or I can use Absense Quota to define an absense type 'Annual Leave' too. Am I correct?
If so, what should be my consideration to use Leave Entitlement or Absense Quota.
