We are implementing IC Webclient 2007 with CTI integration.
Scenario - Agent receives a call and TRANSFERS the call from his Soft Phone. Does he need to do this from the CRM IC Web Client also ? (as a result the call hangs with the first agent who received the call and his call times keeps ticking ! )
(Currently we have hidden the TRANSFER button from the CRM Web Client - which could be the cause of this problem ?)
I´ll appreciate your quick help.
