Long running transaction

Hi

I am having a issue with a custom transaction (an customized AL11) which is running forever. There is no unusual system activity (cpu utilization, memory utilization, buffers seem normal)

This transaction has worked in the past.

I am running on Solaris 9, Oracle 10g with 4.7 Enterprise

Please share your inputs.
