barcode on 64 bit

I'm successfully running crystal 10 on w2K8 64 bit server using .net viewer. When I try to run a report that uses u2lbar.dll for barcode function it throws error 'UFL u2lbar.dll that implements this function is missing'. I have the dll in all place where the other UFL dll's are locationed. Any clues?
