Service Desk issue logs

Hi,

We have to SOLMAN DEV and PROD. We have SOLMAN DEV configured for Service Desk and a SOLMAN PROD with no configuration. We want to know the best way to move service desk configuration along with issue logs to SOLMAN PROD.

any inputs would be great.

    Hi

    Can you try any one of the below two.

    1. Create client copy

    2. Support desk message download and uplaod
