Cannot connect to the Reporting Server

Hi experts,

When I try to modify an application by adding new dimensions, I get the following error message upon processing:

Error message:: Cannot connect to the Reporting Server

In the event log, I can see the following record:

The configuration information of the performance library "C:\WINDOWS\system32\perf-ReportServer$BPC-rsctr.dll" for the "ReportServer$BPC" service does not match the trusted performance library information stored in the registry. The functions in this library will not be treated as trusted.

I assume that BPC cannot reach the Reporting Server because of security settings. Any ideas on how to fix this?
