opening user defined fields creting dmp file and closing

Dear all,

When i open the AP invoice and click on the "User defined fields" under "View" then the system is creating the dmp file and shutting down the SAP business one.

this is only for a single user, not for all the users and for that document only.

for other documents it is working fine for all the users.

any guess?
