Batch Costing & Costing Run in Quotation in S/4 HANA 1709

Dear Experts,

We are working on one project having two complicated requirements as below:

1) To run in quotation instead of sales order

2) To define profitability on a batch level

I have found one SAP Note regarding batch costing as SAP Note # 70231 & user exit for quotation costing as USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMP & USEREXIT_PRICING_RULE.

But I am not sure these 2 things are working very well, anyone has experience in the same, please guide me on the same.
