Configuration & authorization checklist

Hi,

Is their any standard document or checlist available for:

1. SAP APO system settings (SPRO, including BASIS)

2. SAP APO - R/3 integration set up (for both APO & R/3)

It would be of great help if anyone can provide any inputs in the above mentioned area.
