'Recent Orders' Tab in Account 360 is not populating any data?

Hi Experts,

Need your help to understand why is 'Recent Orders' Information not populating in Account 360, As per the client requirement we have Sales orders coming in from ECC to C4C , this sales order have no connection with Leads, Opportunities or Sales Quotation in C4C. Also one important point to note is that we are able to see the list of sales orders in the 'Sales Order' tab in Account 360, could you please explain why this must be happening and how Recent Orders functionality works in general.
