MDM Addon on SAPNWABAP701SR1_TRIAL System

hi

i had buy yesterday the book "ABAP-Next Generation". Now i want the example from the

book set into in the Demosystem(SAPNWABAP701SR1_TRIAL) System. For the transport

need MDM-ABAP-API-Add-on, and i download the addon from Service Marktplace. In TA

SAINT it can install the addon, when i start the ta became message. It's mean, i can't

install addon on the SAPNWABAP701SR1_TRIAL System?

Hi,

From January 2009, all SAP products based on SAP NetWeaver 7.0 and beyond requires Maintenance Certificate.

At present you do not have Maintenance certificate installed on your system. You can request a maintenance certificate via the SAP Support Portal (http://www.service.sap.com/licensekey) and install it like a license key using transaction SLICENSE.
