Cannot configure Extended Line Display in SAP customer checkout

Hello dears,

I am facing an issue regarding extended line display in SAP. I followed the steps described in the link https://partneredge.sap.com/en/library/assets/products/cust_mng/scc/implement/hardware_installation/tr_p_integration_eExtended_line_display/assetfile/EKT_13_CCO_Extended_Line_Display_DONE.pdf

And know, when I execute the CCO in my computer, I just got blank screen with the mention system POS closed.

Can you please help?

Thank you

    Dear Yvmelle,

you can exchange the size with STRG and the arrow buttons on the keyboard or you can reduce the size doing a right click and selecting in the menu bar the option "Werbeanzeige Umschalten/Switch Advertisement"

If your question is correctly answered, kindly select the answer as "Right Answer". This helps others to follow and easily locate answers.

thanks a lot and kind regards
    Stephan

    Hi Yvmelle,

in the case that you followed all steps from the guide and nothing happend, I would propose to open an incident using SBO-INT-CCO if you are using the SAP Business Launchpad.

Please describe in detail what you did and the results. Also provide us the Version of SAP Customer Checkout and the log files. Also the correct description of the POS terminal.

    kind regards

    Stephan
