Ess expenses error

Dear Experts,

when we are trying to access travel and expenses iview we are getting the below error

java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException: Index: 0, Size: 0

in the travel expenses iview -> create expense report -> Select the trip schema ->Change Cost Assignment->when I select the order from accounting object I can see My orders down below (which will display the orders) and when I click on Myorders I am getting the above stated error.

This issue is happenig to the user id who is having user parameters in it. if there are no user paramters for the user id then we are able to display my orders with no issues.

there are lot of user paramters and it is very hard to identify which user parameter is causing this error. does any body face this error? pls suggest.
