Login failed

Hello,

I have two users in BO, who were imported from SAP BW.

First user was entered in CMS, while I import SAP users in SAP system settings.

When I try to create universe with Use single sign on when refreshing reports at view time authentification mode, I receive error that Login and password to BW is not correct. But my login is correct, I logged by it to Universe designer and to sap.

When I try to create universe with Use single sign on when refreshing reports at view time authentification mode, it's all ok.

Why user1 has error?
