Unable to perform the Transfor Action

Hi All,

I have one scenario like this I want to transfor the employee one coutry to another coutry which different company code and d/f Personnel Area.Can any body tell me possible solutions to do.

hi

i agree with the answers of both Sikindar and Sadar. but your requirement is country re-assignment and as well as company code also. means it's not transfer action.

when u think legally employee service of another company cannot be considered in the present company for any type of legal payments (Ex: Gratuity)

they both are 2 different company codes means two separate legal entities.

so u have to separate the employee in this company code and u have to hire him in another company code.

this is not possible

thru Tranfer action it is possible thru Country Reassigment

and here HIS PERNR will get changed

u can do this type of scenarios

with the MOLGA but not betweem the MOLGA

For this action what are the steps should i want to follow.Please explain me.

Firstly

do want the Same number or differnet number

if u want the same number in the anotehr Molga also than Check

the below info

Check EXIT_SAPLHRBAS00ACTIONS_001 in SE37

or in SPRO

1. Personnel Management> Global settings in personnel mgmt>Special personnel actions>

User exit and Badi

Either the any of the Countries shd have Inernal number in one molga and External Number range in anothe molga other wise it wont work

if u want the same number try with above said BADI or User Exit

and yes u have to confuigure the Country Reassigment acion for this requiremnt

Tranfer action is not the correct one to do this Event as it is changeing form one country to anothe country

In personnel Action type, there is an indicator for Country Re-assignment, which needs to be checked.

Thanks Sadar,i have successfully perform coutry Reassignment personnel action.

Now the problem is the employee is active in the both personnel areas.Can you pls explain me,how we can delimit his previous ITs.

Country reassigment means does the Country Grouping of the PERNR number is changeing

i mean from 40 india to 10 USA pls let me know

Hi Sikindar,

country Reassignment mean to transfering the employee one coutry to another country(40-India to 10-USA).I have successfully performed the Coutry Reassignment Action.While perfoming this action the system has created new personnel number and updated as a reference personnel number as old personnel number with same employee data.Now the problem is in PA30 i have check the old Personnel number is showing as Active.
