No Records on PCA Reports

Hi Guys

I am stuck on an issue with PCA Reports:

We have the revenue accounts all flowing into the PC and all cost centers are mapped to the PC, but when i run reports in PCA, it keeps sayin no records selected ;

I even tried the GLPCT and GLPCA tables - they draw no values either.

Am i missing something - is there a place i have activate the version ior something?

Any guidance please?

Hi,

Check whether you have Activated Direct Postings:

SPRO -> PCA -> Basic Settings -> Controlling Area Settings -> Activate Direct Postings -> Set Control Parameters for Actual Data:

Enter / Tick the following:

Year: Here, the fiscal year defines when the control parameters become valid. The option you have selected remains valid until you make entries in a new year.

Line Items: Indicator whether line item documents should be written each time you transfer actual data.

Online Transfer: This indicator controls whether the postings should be transferred to Profit Center Accounting for each activity.

Thank you for the reply

but the reason the Values werent coming up was because the profit center scenario is activated for new GL.

So now I m trying to go ahead with generating some reports which is still unsuccessful.. I hope my only option isnt to create a report in GRR2 for the new tables...

Any ideas??
