Traffic Light color for empty request BW 3.5

Gurus,

in my process chain when the number of records are '0' (delta update) the process chain awaits and the next process not run.

how can I force the traffic light status to green when there are no data in the delta loading?

Hi there,

Go to the monitor of that request.

In the menu go to Settings->Evaluation of requests (trafic lights).

In there change if no data avilable to green status.

This will be the status of every data with zero records will have the green status from now on.

Hi,

for this you need to do a small setting at infopackage level.

go to that Delta infopackge which is used in process Chain- > (main menu) Scheduler -> Trafic light color for empty request -> Set to green signal and save infopackage.

next time for 0 of 0 records infopackage load will be sucessful and process chain will complete loading other process.
