Hello,
I made a copy of an existing print form and upload it to the "Form Template Maintenance" in my tenant (For example, i made some simple changes with adobe livecycle to Sales Order Confirmation).
Now im having trouble to use my form template. I have made a form template selection, but still, when im entering the Sales Order tab and hit the "preview" button, i see the default form.
Is there a way to change it?
How can i see some existing sales order using my template form?
*Im using SAP Business By Design.
Thank you for your time,
Dor Alon
Hi Dor,
Have you tried with new Sales orders? I guess may be the setting is only available for new documents.
Thanks,
Eda

Hi Eda,
Thank you for your help.
I tried to create a new Sales order but the settings are still the same.
I managed to overcome the problem by finding the right template that are used in the preview button and override it with the costume template by hitting the "replace existing template" in the Form Template Maintanence. I think that the problem was that there were a lot of Sales Order templates with different languages and i diden't try to override the right one.
Thank you for your quick response,
Dor
