Please Help! QM in Consumer Products vs. Electronic Manufacturing

Dear Gurus,

I've tried QM for consumer products (discrete manufacturing) for raw materials and finished goods based on below factors:

- Characteristics: quantative or qualitative such as pH, %NaCl...

- Sampling scheme: take sample based on lot size.

- Sampling procedure: Manual valuation, Attribute inspection nonconf. units, Mean value within tolerance range

- Inspection lot created automatically when goods receipt or when creating production order for semi-finished goods.

Now I am researching QM for stuffs in Electronic Manufacturing. The client has components such as resistance, circuit... then assemble them to make the board...

I have no clue if in this case, the QM also have characteristics, sampling scheme... the same like described above? Please let me know some characteristics in this industry so that I can see how they are difference or any links provided are much appreciated, too.

If you look at any manufacturing company like decrete you said QM module & QM master data will not be different from any other industry.Although there will be some difference in the applicability of this data.

All the master of scenario will not be applicable to Electronic Industry.

Like

- Characteristics: will remain quantative or qualitative depending upon the different valotages,Current or product s or ranges product like Transformer IC's ,Coils ,breakers etc.

- Sampling scheme: will be applicable here.

- Sampling procedure: Manual valuation, Attribute inspection nonconf. units, Mean value within tolerance range will remain same depending upon the char/product like Transformer IC's ,Coils ,breakers etc.

- Inspection lot created automatically when goods receipt or when creating production order for semi-finished goods

There might be some adiitional requrements like

Class Char

Batch Magt

Cofiguration.

Certificate

Source Inspection.

Product Audits,Flash Audits

etc

That's what I can suggest being in an electrical company
