Not Able to Add Data in UDT from User Defined Form

Dear All,

I have a simple Form where i have two fields of UserCode and UserName from the table UserMaster

all the necessary binding of the fields are done through the screen painter

Also i have two buttons with id 1 and 2 for Add/Update/Find and cancel respectively

when i run the form and click add from the menu, and enter both the fields and say Add,

i did not find any entry added into the table nor did i find any message of 'successfully added record'

Pls tell me if i need to do some additional coding for adding the entries, or only binding data is enough
